For participants & families
The platform (in beta), will provide step-by-step guidance, plain-language forms, and smart prompts to make form preparation simple and accurate. Our aim is to enable participants to create meeting packs, receive feedback on documentation, track funding and supports, and invite clinicians to contribute - all in one place, reducing duplication and building confidence at every stage.
For Clinicians & Providers
The platform (in beta), will provide NDIA-aligned templates, smart prompts and feedback. Our aim is to reduce drafting time and minimise rework with guided tools for reports and letters to clarify documentation and increase consistency.
Our mission is to create a system-wide solution that provides navigation and support to participants, their families, clinicians and providers. By focusing on usability and collaboration, our aim is to help families navigate with clarity and provide professionals with structured tools for documentation.
